Ascen Pro is developed by NDS Consulting Inc., an Ontario company working with accounting and tax practices of 10 to 50 staff. We built it because practice management, bookkeeping, payroll, tax and assurance normally live in five disconnected tools — and the reconciliation between them is unbilled work.

Canadian first, not Canadian later
ASPE, IFRS and Part III presentation, CRA and Revenu Québec calendars, HST/GST/QST rates by province, and payroll withholdings computed on Canadian rules. Nothing is a localisation of an American product.
Every figure traces to an entry
Statements are computed from posted journal entries. A balance sheet cannot drift from the trial balance because no total is ever typed in by hand.
Accountability is recorded
Prepare, verify, approve, lock. Each transaction carries who did what and when, in a hash-chained audit trail a reviewer or an inspector can follow.
Privacy is a design constraint
Records, backups and logs stay in Canada. SIN and other sensitive fields are encrypted, consent is versioned and revocable, and PIPEDA and Law 25 obligations are built into the workflow.
